Objective
The objective of this project was to design a villain character trading card for POWrPLAY Entertainment, a fictional entertainment company similar to Marvel. The goal was to create a compelling villain that felt believable within a larger cinematic universe.
Target Audience
The target audience includes fans of superhero and comic-style franchises who are drawn to character-driven storytelling and collectible-style visuals.
Process
I developed The Veilnox as a dark, mysterious villain and built the composition around that concept. The front of the card focuses on the character design and atmosphere, while the back includes fictional stats and details to support the world-building. I used compositing and photo manipulation techniques to blend textures, lighting, and typography into a single, dramatic layout.
